Estou aqui no estúdio, e queria apenas dizer que durante esta semana quase não fiz mais nada a não ser trabalhar no álbum. No entanto, ainda tive um pouco de tempo na noite passada, para ir à uma turnê dos grupos musicais Journey, Heart e Cheap Trick!! Woo Hoo! haha. Contudo, o mais chato foi ter perdido a atuação dos Cheap Trick e ainda um pouco da parte dos Heart pois eu estava gravando :(, mas ao menos eu estava fazendo algo produtivo e importante haha. Eu estou tão chateado de não ter podido ver a primeira parte do show, no entanto, a parte que vi, dos Heart, foi maravilhosa como de costume. Os Journey foram incríveis também!!! Eu tive a possibilidade de ir aos bastidores e conhecê-los durante o intervalo depois da performance dos Heart, e tenho de admitir que estava nervoso porque senti que estava chateando eles ao invadir o camarim haha. Mas eles foram muito simpáticos. Eles têm um novo vocalista e tudo, chama-se Arnel Pineda, e mal posso acreditar no quão fantástico ele é como cantor. Ele é das Filipinas, e é simplesmente mais do que maravilhoso!!! A parte mais triste foi que eu não trouxe a minha câmara porque estava pensando em gravar antes, mas eu tentei tirar umas fotografias deles atuando através do meu iphone. Eu sou um péssimo fotógrafo. Eu tenho algumas fotografias no meu iphone da tour, mas pensei que seria mais divertido postá-las, como podem ver, o que eu tentei tirar fotografias em redor. Todavia, irei pensar sobre isso, porque elas não estão lá grande coisa.

Eu definitivamente queria tirar um minuto para agradecer a todos, pelo apoio. Eu não consigo acreditar como vai bem "Crush" e eu estou tão feliz, como podem ver. Toda mundo me tem dado muito apoio, desde a reação à música e ao vídeo, os comentários e as mensagens de voicemail que tenho recebido. Eu estou trabalhando muito neste álbum e espero que todos vc gostem.Bem, é tudo por agora. Eu tentarei postar outro blog brevemente.DavidOh! P.S. haha.

Eu apenas queria partilhar convosco esta garota que encontrei cantando crush no youtube... foi uma versão diferente. Eu sinto-me muito honrado que ela tenha cantado a música. Ela apenas tem 15 anos!! Vejam...

Hey everyone,

I'm just checking in from the studio but if you're wondering if I've been able to do anything else this last week besides working on the album, I was able to go to the Journey with Heart and Cheap Trick concert last night!! Woo Hoo! haha. The sad thing was I missed Cheap Trick and part of Heart because I was recording :(, but at least I was doing something productive and important haha. So I'm bummed I couldn't see the first part of the show, but Heart was amazing as always. Journey was incredible too!! I was able to go backstage and meet them during the intermission after Heart's set, and I have to admit I was nervous because I felt like I was just bugging them and invading their space haha. But they were waaay nice. They have the new singer Arnel Pineda, and I can't believe how amazing he can sing. He's Filipino, and blew me out of the water! Another sad part is I didn't bring my camera since I was thinking about recording before haha, but I tried getting pictures of them performing on my iPhone. I'm a terrible photographer but oh well. I actually have some really random pictures on my iphone from tour, but I think it'd be fun to post them anyway just so you can see what I tried to take pictures of wandering around haha. But I'll think about it, since they're not exciting.

I definitley wanted to take a minute to thank everyone again for your support. I can't believe how well "Crush" is doing and I'm so happy that you all like it. Everyone has been so supportive, from the reaction to the song and video to the comments and voicemail messages I'm getting. I'm working really hard on this album and hope everyone loves it!

Oh! P.S. haha. I just wanted to let you know about this girl on Youtube I was shown named Savannah. She sang a version of Crush that was cool and different. I seriously felt honored that she would sing it lol, and she's only 15. So you should check it out!
